SHIPPING & RETURNS
All pieces are shipped with Canada Post and you will receive a tracking number in the shipment confirmation e-mail. I ship worldwide.
I package my pieces very well and have never had anything break in transit (*knock on wood). If, however, you receive an order and it has been damaged, please send me an e-mail with your order number and a photo of the broken piece. I will send you a shipping label to return the piece to me so I can replace or refund the piece.
If you're an Edmonton area local and want to pick up the piece to save on shipping, enter promo code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. I'll send you an e-mail with details to arrange pickup once the order is ready.
If you're not absolutely in love with your order, I accept returns within 30 days. I do not accept returns on custom pieces. I do not refund shipping.
