1. Share Your Inspiration
Contact me through the contact form on my website or via email at gaiaglassworksstudio@gmail.com and tell me about what you want to create. The more details you provide, the better I can understand your vision. 
Here are some helpful things to include:
- A detailed description of your idea
- Your desired colours and style preferences
- The approximate size of the piece
- Your budget 
- Photos or inspiration (optional but very helpful!)

2. Communication & Collaboration
I'll get back to you with my thoughts on the project, any questions I have that will help in the design process, and an estimated price range based on your specifications. 
*A note on pricing: The final cost depends on the complexity of the design and the types of glass we use. We can discuss these details together. 

3. Pattern Design & Deposit
Once we're ready to move on to pattern design, I will take a non-refundable deposit of $20. This deposit is to cover the time I will need to design a pattern for you. It will go towards the final payment if you decide to proceed, or is forfeited if you change your mind and cancel the order. Once you approve the design, I'll collect the remaining balance and begin crafting your piece. 

4. Crafting the Piece & Shipping
Most custom orders take around 6-8 weeks for completion. If you have a specific deadline, let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate it. Replications of my existing artwork can typically be finished within 2-3 weeks. Once the piece is finished, I will ship it to you via Canada Post. 

A Few Guidelines:
- Currently, I focus on creating vibrant, colourful pieces that align with my current style. If you're unsure whether your idea fits within my style, just ask! 
- I cannot recreate copyrighted designs or other artists' work
